Welcome to the website of Institute for Exact Biomedical Sciences

What is Manutenery and why is our website manutenery.com? Manutenery is a clinical specialty focused on enabling recovery even when treatments have failed and worsening suffering is attributed to the severity of critical illness in some or the end of life in others, regardless of how young they may be. The specialty, pioneered by our director, Paul Ola is rooted in over 16 years of research he conducted to identify the practically removable root cause of worsening suffering in such patients.

With his commitment to this research leading to successful development of Albert Einstein's method of obtaining exact knowledge of natural processes and discovery of the perception- and activity- independent measure of this root cause, which he named Effort in his 2020 book, our website currently focuses on these discoveries that demand immediate establishment of Manutenery Research Centers where the exact care by which clinicians will remove this cause in each patient is to be determined.

About

Paul Ola’s journey to directing research at the institute for Exact Biomedical Sciences and pioneering Manutenery fully began in 2009, when he made the decision to leave clinical practice in order to search for a practically removable root cause of the worsening suffering that persists despite treatment, even in the world’s leading hospitals, and is attributed to the severity of the critical illness in some patients and the end of life in those that are considered terminally ill, however young or far below the actual limit of life they may be at the time of treatment failure.

Unable to find a postgraduate program anywhere in the world that offers the necessary coursework to graduates who are interested in conducting research with the necessary method, which he recognized as that by which Albert Einstein developed the General Relativity theory, he began the quest to develop it despite lacking access to institutional funding while colleagues obtained postgraduate degrees and climbed up the clinical/academic career ladders. His successful quantification, in July of 2024, of the processes behind the disappearance of symptoms that worsen persistent illnesses towards disability, in agreement with data that Drs. A.M. Ramsay and A. Rundle furnished in 1979, justified his belief that even without a mathematical language of doubtless steps, such as the geometry of General relativity, his form of the method by which Einstein developed the theory would eventually permit quantifiable prediction of the processes of nature, even in the biomedical sciences.

By correctly showing the disappearance of such symptoms to be directly proportional to “Relative Serum Myoglobin Decline,” which he calculated by dividing the reduction of Serum myoglobin level by the value following its rise in patients from the study of Ramsay and Rundle,, he demonstrated that his form of the method of General Relativity yields exact knowledge of those natural processes that are beyond the reach of the senses that enable observation and data collection, even when they occur in the biological world beneath the skins of patients. With this first verifiable quantification of the natural processes behind the suffering by which illnesses deny patients the opportunity to actualize their potential and enjoy the dividends until the true limit of life in the history of the biomedical sciences, he showed the steps of the non-mathematical language that made it possible to be as doubtless as those of General Relativity’s mathematical language of Geometry.

This demonstrated clearly to his colleagues in the research community, who lavished praise on “The quantifiable prediction” in their comments before ResearchGate closed commenting and removed comments from all articles on the platform, that the biomedical science which his mathematically unrestricted form of the method of General Relativity yields is as exact as the physics that Einstein’s form gave astronomers over 100 years ago. By demonstrating the exactness of the knowledge that enabled him to quantify the natural processes behind disappearance of symptoms that worsen suffering in patients, Paul Ola justified the name of our research institute, which is the only one where recovery research is conducted with the method of obtaining exact knowledge of natural processes.

You can increase the likelihood that the investigation by which the exact care that recovery requires in each patient in whom treatment has become powerless against worsening suffering is to be determined with the method of obtaining exact knowledge of natural processes will be accessed by you, however soon you may require it, by doing all you can to ensure that, like Brazil, where Dom Pedro II established the first Pasteur institute, the first country to establish a Manutenery Research Center is yours.
